    We are seeking Sales and Lead Associates for part time and full time opportunities at the Iliff Retail Store! This store is one of our most successful locations in Colorado. It's full of positive energy, and team work is a must. Our Sales Associates are responsible for various Retail duties. Providing quality customer service and modeling our values – “FACE IT” - which incorporates fun, accountability, collaboration, empowerment, innovation and transparency! As a Sales Associate, you may act as a cashier, donation attendant, processor or stocker.  We want you to help us make sure our store looks great! Are you good at organizing?     Additional duties include -

    • Greeting and providing assistance to our customers and donors.
    • Stocks the Sales Floor, using a Point of Sale (POS) (we will train you).
    • Organize and prep fitting rooms, break rooms and maintain a inviting sales floor presentation.
    • Maintains awareness of current promotional events and sales.
    • Accept donated goods from donors.
    • Builds and maintain effective quality working relationships with management, co-workers customers, and donors.
    • Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed that may include overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays.
    • Meet the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
