    The Goodtronics Analyst is responsible for the overall volume productivity of the GoodElectronics program. To ensure the appropriate intake objectives and priorities are achieved for Goodwill Denver the GoodElectronics Division, the GoodElectronics Sales Analyst works closely with internal and external stakeholders by performing the following duties and responsibilities:



    • Presents agreements to current and potential stakeholders for services offered by GEL.
    • Works with customers to analyze what materials may be considered donations and those which are part of paid services provided by GEL.
    • Acts as liaison between customer base and GEL/Goodwill of Denver leadership.
    • Oversees and analyzes the sourcing of goods from donors and customers and communicates volume goals to management, ensuring adherence to established processing procedures, quality control standards, and pricing policies.
    • Monitors and analyzes market and competitor conditions, assists in developing go-to-market strategies.
    • Enters data into computer. Maintains and records volume results to ensure goals are being met.
    • Builds and maintains effective quality working relationships with donors, management and co-workers. Uses effective written and verbal communication. Uses good interpersonal skills treating everyone with dignity and respect. Immediately advises supervisor of significant and unexpected problems. Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
    • Will assist GEL management in building appropriate reporting system.
    • Completes assignments, projects, reports, and paperwork accurately and timely.
    • Follows all Goodwill policies and procedures. Follows and enforces safety rules and regulations. Acts safely at all times.
    • Safeguards all Goodwill property including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession/removal of Goodwill property.
    • Supports the best elements of our corporate culture while making culture change. Open to and supportive of new ideas and process improvement of systems and procedures.
    • Works flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays if required.
    • Provides team support as requested.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing is preferred; or 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Operations Analysis. Experience in electronics, electronic recycling or large scale recycling desired but not required



    Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings. Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.



    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as projections and statistical inference associated with Loss Prevention performance and service delivery. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.



    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.  Ability to define problems, collect data, identify root causes, draw valid conclusions without bias, develop and implement approved solutions.



    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word processing software; MS Excel spreadsheet software; and MS Outlook contact management systems. Proficiency in Internet and general database concepts is preferred.



    Ability to pass a criminal background investigation, pre-employment drug test, and Everify. Employee must have a clear Colorado driver’s license to drive on Goodwill business.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Duties and responsibilities are usually conducted in Warehouse conditions. Travel between internal and external sites is approximately 50%

    Lifting and Carrying, raising objects occasionally weighting up to 30 pounds to raise objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to- position requiring the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles. Pushing and pulling in a sustained motion exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell.
