  • Overview

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, customer service oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in a Temporary capacity.  The length of assignment is not guaranteed and expected to last through December 31, 2018. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Learning & Development Team and Manager. Local travel is expected to be approximately 10% of the time.

    • Prepares and collects all new hire forms as required by state and federal law; documentation including, but not limited to a policy packet, employee handbook, skills training documents and benefit information.
    • Inputs needed information and documents into the Human Resources systems for new hires in a timely and accurate basis.
    • Completes and maintains I9 files and maintenance of employment eligibility for active and inactive employees.
    • Reconciliation and coding of company P-cards for the HR department.
    • Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and provides assistance to complete employment verification emails.
    • Supports learning and development with necessary trainings.
    • Performs, tracks and records certification audits for various departments to ensure and maintain compliance quarterly.
    • Participates in special projects relating to Human Resources, as requested. Identifies projects and solutions that improve processes, communication and coordination across groups.
    • Performs any other duties as required or assigned.

    Bachelor’s degree preferred, but change or relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. 



    To perform this job successfully the individual must demonstrate technical competencies associated with HR support and implementation. Individual must have technical experience troubleshooting basic HRIS issues. Specifically the individual should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office.



    The ability to pass a criminal background check and must have a Colorado driver’s license in good standing and meet insurance requirements to drive on Goodwill business, if necessary.
